El-kalkyl makes Swedish electricity costs understandable — with open formulas, live spot prices and no accounts.
What we do
We build simple, fast calculators for electricity cost, appliance consumption, sauna use and EV charging. Everything is free and runs directly in your browser.
How we calculate
Cost is split into energy (spot price), grid fee, supplier markup, fixed monthly fee, energy tax and VAT. Each line is shown separately so you can see where the money goes.
Live spot prices
Hourly prices are fetched for price areas SE1–SE4 and refreshed continuously. You can apply the current price directly in any calculator.
