How this works

1Pick the heater power (kW) — it's on the heater's rating plate.
2Choose your target temperature and how well insulated the sauna is — we work out warm-up time and how much the heater runs during the session.
3Enter session length, how often you bathe, and your electricity price (öre/kWh incl. grid fee and tax).

Cooling down is free: once the heater is switched off it draws no power, so that time isn't counted.
